IMS (Integrated Management System) Steering Committee Meeting

The first meeting of the Steering Committee of IMS (Integrated Management System) in order to improve systems and methods, after the change of the new management of Hormozgan region on 07/10/98, chaired by Mehdi Ghaem Maghami of Hormozgan region management and other deputies and staff and operational managers It was held in the conference hall of Hormozgan district.

Acknowledges that in the relevant meeting, Amir Datam Tarik, Deputy Minister of Operations, was introduced as the Management Representative in the IMS Steering and Executive Committee. It is worth mentioning that the presentation of new management policies in cooperation with the relevant consultant, training issues, process review, customer and staff surveys in order to improve systems and methods were among the most important topics discussed in the relevant meeting.
